I finished my project in the Central Florida Market. I leased a car from Deland Honda.
What a great group of people. They actually get it. It wasn’t the negative experience that happens at many dealers. They weren’t trying to be my friend or get a commitment before giving a price. Their price ended up being the best and actually the same as one other dealer but I liked the salesperson. The dealers that would not quote a price by email, never got a shot at my business. My method worked great for me. The highest price I received was $510 a month. That price was one hundred and fifty dollars a month more than I ended up paying for the same criteria. Don’t assume the same auto group gives the same deal everywhere. Deland Honda is part of a bigger group. Their other stores were much higher and a lot less concerned with my happy experience. Deland did business the way I wanted to do it, very smart.
My friend that leased a Mitsubishi, saved thousands by shopping around. From the time that i got involved she saved thirty-five dollars a month, the bill for issues on her old leased vehicle and the 300 she was putting down. That is over two thousand dollars in savings. The dealer she leased from was not particularly customer oriented but they were willing to discuss the numbers in great depth. My friend got what she wanted by being persistent and not getting trapped in the “What will you pay?” game.
